About this role

We are building a bank from scratch in Colombia and scaling physical card delivery across the country.

The Delivery team is responsible for getting cards into the hands of our customers — on time, at scale, and through a network of postal partners and on-ground ambassadors. As we grow, the complexity of this operation grows with it: more partners, more edge cases, more data to track.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to own the analytical and operational layer of this delivery ecosystem — resolving issues with postal partners, shaping the ambassador experience, expanding integration capabilities, and improving how we track inventory end-to-end.

Challenges that await you:

- Analyzing problematic card delivery cases, identifying patterns, and conducting root cause analysis.

- Leading communication with postal services on incident resolution and process improvement.

- Tracking resolution status and documenting outcomes.

- Identifying and scoping new functionality needed from postal operators and leading negotiations to get it built or enabled.

- Communicating with local postal service representatives in Spanish.

- Documenting partner agreements and following up on commitments.

- Collecting feedback from ambassadors on app functionality through interviews, surveys, and support ticket analysis.

- Structuring findings, formalizing hypotheses, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

- Auditing the current inventory tracking process, identifying gaps and bottlenecks.

- Preparing proposals to improve transparency and automate stock movement tracking.

- Collaborating with Engineering, Product Analytics, Legal, and Finance teams to align on delivery operations and drive improvements.

What makes you a great fit:

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or operations in fintech, banking, or logistics.

- Strong process thinking and ability to diagnose operational problems end-to-end.

- Experience working with external partners or vendors — communicating, negotiating, and following through.

- Experience designing business processes (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent).

- Proven ability to gather and document requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs).

- Native or advanced Spanish; B2+ English for working in an international team.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro; basic SQL or spreadsheets.

- Familiarity with LATAM markets.

- Experience in postal/courier logistics or last-mile delivery operations is a nice to have.

- Experience with Python (numpy, pandas) for data analysis is a nice to have as well.

Our ways of working:

- Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions.

- Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication.

- Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community.

- Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together.

- High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances.
