Service Advisor - Enter Region

Keith Andrews, New Zealand’s largest Fuso dealership, representing FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner , is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Palmerston North.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first workplace.

What you’ll do:

- Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work
- Provide clear advice on service needs, timeframes and costs
- Coordinate workflow between customers and our workshop foreman
- Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs
- Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive or transport industry an advantage)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle priorities
- Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail
- A team player attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Technical or brand knowledge, if possible
