What Youll Do
As a Community Manager, youll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
- Leading Board meetings , preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
- Reviewing financials and budgets , providing insight and recommendations
- Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
- Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
- Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

What Were Looking For
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.
Required:
- Direct HOA / Community Management experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
- Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)

Work Environment
This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. Youll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
