About this role
The Career Advisor will serve as a representative and ambassador of Lakeview Center, a behavioral health nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families, and communities. This position will focus on connecting with schools, colleges, universities, career centers, and community organizations to
educate students and prospective professionals about rewarding career opportunities in behavioral health and nonprofit services. The Career Advisor will develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, participate in career fairs and recruitment events, deliver engaging presentations, and promote career pathways within the organization. The position will combine recruiting, marketing, public speaking, education, and community outreach to help build a strong pipeline of qualified and mission-driven candidates.
