About this role
Education/Licensure : College graduate, preferably Professional Food Technologists, BS Biology, BS Microbiology, BS Food Technology, BS Medical Technology, BS Chemistry or closely related field.
Work Experience/Exposure:
- Preferably with working experience in Food Service, food processing preferably in poultry and meats processing.
- Knowledgeable in Quality, Food Safety and HACCP Plan Development and Implementation.
- Skilled in the auditing of a HACCP System is preferred.
- Adaptability to different working conditions and can work with minimum supervision
