Some firms want Job Captains who simply coordinate consultants. Others want Job Captains who actually help build projects. This opportunity is for the second type. We're partnering with a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering practice that is experiencing significant growth and needs a hands-on Job Captain to help support a broad portfolio of institutional, education, healthcare, industrial, public-sector, and technically complex facilities. You'll work directly with architects, engineers, and project teams to coordinate project delivery, develop construction documents, solve design challenges, and help move projects from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

- Develop and coordinate architectural drawing packages in Revit
- Support projects through design development and construction documents
- Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Help organize multidisciplinary project deliverables
- Review technical requirements and support project startup activities
- Identify coordination issues and help drive solutions
- Contribute to a variety of project types across multiple markets

What We're Looking For

- Strong Revit proficiency
- Construction Documents experience
- Architectural consulting experience
- Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines
- Ability to take ownership of project deliverables
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred

- Registration in progress
- Federal or public-sector project experience
- Healthcare, laboratory, industrial, education, or institutional projects
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Construction Administration experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $72.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
