What this opportunity involves:

Due to continued growth, we have a newly created opportunity for a Centre Manager to oversee the operations and management of multiple retail properties. In this role, you will galvanise centre performance, minimise arrears, maximise property income, and continually look for new ways to add value. Please note that this is a part-time role.

An overview of the role:

- Providing superior centre management and delivering six-star client service to foster strong tenant relationships and focus on active tenant retention.
- Delivering best practice in all areas of the business, embracing more innovative ways of working to add value to our clients' investments.
- Ensuring the delivery of property business plan objectives, minimising arrears, and actively preparing capital and operating expenditure budgets.
- Collaborating with property owners, investors, brokers, and contractors, leveraging the global and local culture of collaboration that sets JLL apart.
- Ensuring properties are exceptionally well-maintained, addressing tenant concerns promptly, and managing lease agreements.
- Overseeing all marketing activities and ensuring highly effective promotional plans are in place to drive asset performance.
- Ensuring full compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environment requirements.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

- Proven success in shopping centre and retail property management with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a strong ability to build trust and find win-win solutions.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, expense monitoring, rent collection, and financial reporting.
- Strong capability to collaborate effectively with various parties, such as property owners, investors, brokers, and contractors.
- A current Real Estate Licence or NSW Certificate of Registration.
- Experience managing a diverse, multi-site retail portfolio (preferred).
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Advanced negotiation skills and experience managing complex lease expiries (preferred).
