About this role

The Regional Human Resource & Administration Executive will manage a full spectrum of HR & Admin. functions and operations, including but not limited to:

- Conduct and handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR record maintenance.

- Handle HR functions, particularly those related to the preparation and administration of employment contracts and consultancy agreements, visa applications, and other HR correspondence.

- Update and maintain employee records, information, and documents accurately.

- Coordinate and ensure new joiners are provided with the necessary workplace facilities and equipment, including desk space, laptops/desktops, phones, ID/access cards, business cards and other required items.

- Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring resigning staff complete the required handover, return all company assets, and that relevant system access is revoked.

Payroll:

- Monitor and coordinate with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation, staff claims, and processing for all employees to ensure accurate and timely management of payroll and claims.

- Check overall staff claims based on company / Global compensation and benefits.

Training and Development:

- Oversee and manage the planning and execution of training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.

- Ensure there are proper records for all training attended by the staff.

- Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Performance Appraisal and Talent Management:

- Ensure probationary and annual performance evaluations are done in a timely manner.

- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including grievances/queries, performance and attendance monitoring and reporting, and discipline.

- Organize event planning, employee engagement events, booking of flight tickets and accommodation, etc.

Other HR & Admin Matters:

- Ensure HR & Admin policies and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.

- Monitor and purchase stationery, groceries, and any other purchases with attention to budgetary constraints.

- Ensure security, safety, and cleanliness of office space at all times.

- Other duties and functions as are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested, or entrusted to you by your superiors.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of relevant HR experience.

- Experience in HR operations, payroll, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.

- Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices.

- Experience supporting regional or global HR operations will be an advantage.

- Good command of English, both written and verbal.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems.

- Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate matters.

- Immediate availability or a short notice period will be an advantage.
