Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Preference given to candidates with practical experience in composite materials-related fields such as SMC
- Preference given to candidates with experience in new product development, quality improvement, or technical service
- Preference given to candidates with experience in developing composite materials for automotive and electrical/electronic applications
Knowledge & Skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork skills and customer-oriented mindset
