Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Feltham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in West London.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Adam Silan, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. Our practice is easy to find via car & public transport.
Hours :
Mondays - 8.30AM-5.30PM
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 1PM-8.15PM
Fridays - 8.30AM-3.30PM
Alternate Saturdays - 8.30AM-2PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- However, we are also open to candidates without Dentistry experience, ideally with a background within a front of house, hospitality or customer service based role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
