Executive Committee & Reporting to the MD France

We are a market-leading, high-growth business entering the next phase of our development in France.   We are looking for a Strategy Director to join the France Executive Committee and play   a central role   in shaping the company’s strategic agenda, accelerating value   creation   and translating ambition into measurable business impact.

Strategy + Transformation + Execution

Working closely with the Managing Director France and the wider leadership team, the Strategy Director will combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution.   The role will   operate   across the full business, acting at the intersection of   strategy, transformation and execution , leading   c ritical enterprise priorities and helping the   organisation   translate ambition into measurable business impact.   The Strategy Director will lead and further develop an established strategy team, working closely with the Managing Director, the France Executive   Committee   and functional leaders across the business.

This role requires intellectual   rigour , commercial   curiosity   and a strong ownership mindset .    We are looking for a strategy leader who combines exceptional problem-solving skills and business judgement with the ability to influence,   mobilise   and deliver.   The successful candidate will be able to move from an ambiguous question to a clear strategic recommendation, and from recommendation to coordinated execution across multiple functions . They will also be   comfortable operating with the Executive Committee while   remaining   close to implementation and business results.

This is a highly visible position for a leader who can structure complex questions, influence senior   stakeholders   and mobilise cross-functional teams, while   maintaining   the pace, ownership and execution discipline   required   in a high-growth business.

Responsibilities   of the   Startegy   Director France

The Strategy Director France will be a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Executive Committee, supporting the definition and implementation of the strategy for France and helping to   identify ,   prioritise   and deliver the company’s most important value-creation opportunities.   The position will work transversally across the   organisation , partnering with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR. It will combine enterprise-level strategic thinking with end-to-end ownership of selected critical and transformational initiatives .

The role is at the i ntersection of growth strategy, business transformation, operating model evolution, and execution of critical CEO-sponsored initiatives.  This is a highly visible leadership position within one of   Verisure's   largest and most successful businesses. The role offers exceptional exposure to the France Executive Committee, close partnership with the Managing Director and regular interaction with senior leaders across the wider Group. It   represents   a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of   Verisure   France while building a broad leadership platform for future executive responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities & Priorities

- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and France Executive Committee, helping to shape priorities, support governance, drive alignment and   maintain   execution momentum across the   organisation .

- Help the Executive Committee focus management attention, resources and   organisational   energy on the highest-value opportunities, transformation priorities and strategic choices facing the   business. Lead   selected strategic and transformational initiatives from   initial   diagnosis through recommendation and implementation

- Work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR to align stakeholders and translate strategic priorities into executable plans

- Influencing   management rhythm, preparing strategic reviews and decision materials for the France leadership team and other senior governance forums, and contributing to budgets and long-range planning.

- Contribute to the annual budget, long-range   plan   and broader strategic planning processes

- Lead and support a broad portfolio of strategic and transformational initiatives spanning commercial growth, customer experience, operating model evolution,   organisational   effectiveness, capability   development   and productivity improvement across the value chain.

- Bring analytical   rigour , external   perspective   and clear recommendations to complex business choices

- Strengthen strategic capabilities across the   organisation , helping teams frame problems, make decisions and monitor impact

- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team   (c.5 people) , creating clarity,   accountability   and strong development opportunities .

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

- Proven   track record   as a high performer within a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with exceptional analytical   rigour , structured problem-solving capabilities, and a strong strategic toolkit ,   with the ability to influence,   mobilise   stakeholders and deliver business outcomes through execution.

- Successful transition into a corporate strategy, transformation, or business leadership role, ideally within a large-scale, international B2C or consumer-facing   organisation .

- Strong commercial acumen, financial judgement, and relevant exposure to B2C business models, customer dynamics, go-to-market strategies, and value-creation initiatives .

- Deep experience in data-driven analysis, with the ability to rapidly distil complex information into actionable insights,   identify   the key drivers of business performance, and support fast, fact-based decision-making.

- Experience partnering with Executive Committee members and senior business leaders, influencing   decision-making   and aligning diverse stakeholders around strategic priorities.

- Experience preparing clear, compelling strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership, Boards, or governance forums.

- Demonstrated ability to structure complex strategic and operational questions, develop fact-based recommendations, and translate them into tangible business outcomes through disciplined execution.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple functions while   maintaining   accountability for outcomes.

- Strong communication   and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, bring clarity to ambiguity, build alignment, and drive action.

- Experience   operating   successfully in complex, matrixed,   fast-paced , and entrepreneurial environments, balancing   strategic   perspective with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Proven   people   leadership experience, including building, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing teams, while fostering engagement, accountability, succession planning, and sustained business performance.

- A low-ego, hands-on leadership style, with the willingness to engage in   the detail   when   required   while   maintaining   a broader strategic perspective.

- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to   operate   effectively in local and international environments.
