About this role
Has the primary responsibility of overseeing the business development and credit management among new and existing portfolio of the Commercial Banking Centres (CBCs). To formulate and implement appropriate strategies to improve asset quality and minimize possibilities of delinquent and NPLs. To supervise and closely monitor delinquent and give proper directions to avoid further deterioration. Overall progress and development of the CBCs, loan growth, risk assessment, ensure achievement of objectives, CBCs comply with systems, control and guidelines. Visiting customers, Relationship Development with the aim of building customer base for the Center. Working with EAR to ensure recommended strategies are evaluated and implemented.
