Key Responsibilities
- To promote the company’s products in the allocated territory
- Work with the winning mindset to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals set
- Develop and manage the designed territory to achieve targets
- Representing the company's image in the pharmaceutical market
- Promoting the company’s portfolio according to the marketing strategy
- Developing a trustful long-term partnership with doctors
- Organizing scientific events
- Monitoring competitors’ activity within the allocated territory
- Identifies new clients and new business development opportunities
- Understand and analyse together with the manager, the sales development, competitive landscape, and KPIs defined
- Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio, to ensure professional services at the highest level
- Offers consultancy/support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area
- Respects the laws, and ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved
- Full alignment with company policies, procedures & internal rules
Required Education
university degree, preferably medical doctor, medical /pharmacy universities
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a promotion Medical Representative
Very good social and communication skills
Business and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent analytical skills, proactive and self-motivated
Demonstrated digital skills to promote remotely
Good skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT
Clean driving license (B category) and availability to travel
fluent Kazak is a must, good written and spoken English as additional advantage
