Associate - WTG is responsible for supporting the operational efficiency and safety of wind turbine generators (WTGs) by achieving annual performance targets, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration. The role focuses on optimizing business performance through effective inventory management, meeting budgetary goals, and participating in business excellence initiatives. Additionally, the Associate - WTG will contribute to CSR activities and maintain a safety-conscious culture while addressing critical site issues and ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
