About this role

The Senior ERP Consultant is responsible for ERP implementation projects and providing strategic guidance to clients to ensure successful ERP system deployment. This senior role involves managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing large-scale projects, and driving process optimization across various business functions. The senior ERP Consultant also provides thought leadership and mentors junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

- Manage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goals
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutions
- Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet client-specific needs
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards
- Advise clients on ERP best practices and strategies to enhance system performance and optimize business processes
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project success
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on complex project tasks and career development

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience ERP implementation projects and managing large-scale client engagements
- ERP systems and business processes experience across areas such as finance, HR, or supply chain
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions
- Experience with system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Experience in business process optimization and providing strategic ERP advisory services
- Flexible to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions
- Experience with advanced integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, EDI)
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Certifications in ERP systems or project management
- Industry-specific ERP implementation and best practices experience
