As a Platform Success Representative, you will be:

- Achiev ing sales targets by proactively managing a group of platform trading customers.
- Identify ing , onboard ing , and reactivat ing new and dormant online partners.
- Train ing and educat ing partners to promote a self-serve approach on the platform.
- Collaborat ing with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through the platform.
- Handl ing inbound queries and provid ing solutions within the defined SLA.
- Focus ing on customer base growth, platform utilization , and revenue targets.
- Resolving day-to-day platform issues and driving insights during customer interactions.
- Promot ing Ingram Micro campaigns and increasing platform engagement.
- Driv ing self-serve quoting and quote-to-order conversions.
- Monitor ing customer trends and collaborating on resolving challenges.
- Working a Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

- Good knowledge of IT products
