- Coordinate welcome sessions and onboarding activities for newcomers during their first days

- Organize the buddy program and pair newcomers with colleagues who can support them during their first weeks

- Conduct regular check-ins with relocated employees to gather feedback, identify gaps, and continuously improve the relocation and onboarding experience

- Organize social and community activities, including dinners, sports, hikes, day trips, and cultural events, to strengthen connections between international and Colombian employees

- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve relocation and employee experience–related requests

What makes you a great fit:

- Experience in HR, Relocation, People Operations, Community Management, Event Coordination, or another people-facing operational role

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

- Ability to coordinate multiple requests and processes simultaneously

- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team, and Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking colleagues

Your bonus skills:

- Previous experience supporting employee relocation or immigration processes

- Experience organizing internal events or community initiatives

- Experience working in an international or fast-growing company

- Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers

Our ways of working:

- Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions

- Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication

- Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community

- Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together

- High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

- Flexible work from one of our office

- Healthcare Coverage

- Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications

- Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements

- Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
