Job Summary

Bridge Capital is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive integrated planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis and decision support across the investment platform. Working in small, high-accountability teams, the Manager will translate Bridge Capital’s strategy, operating priorities and portfolio-company plans into rigorous financial forecasts, actionable performance insight and clear recommendations for senior leadership. The role combines institutional FP&A, strong analytical judgment and private-markets awareness, with meaningful exposure to investment teams, portfolio leadership and executive decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities 1

- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans across Bridge Capital and its corporate and management-company entities, and aggregate relevant fund and portfolio-company plans for group-level reporting, establishing common assumptions, calendars and accountability.

- Translate corporate strategy, operating priorities and approved investment and value-creation plans into integrated financial targets, resource requirements, liquidity forecasts and measurable performance outcomes.

- Build, review and maintain integrated financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, leverage and covenant headroom, operating expenditure, capital expenditure and key business drivers.

- Partner with Investment, Fund Control, Treasury and portfolio-company finance teams to incorporate approved transactions, financing plans and investment assumptions into forecasts, liquidity scenarios and management reporting.

- Work directly with portfolio-company finance and management teams to aggregate and challenge budgets and forecasts, strengthen KPI discipline and report performance against approved value-creation plans.

- Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis to support senior leadership’s evaluation of resource allocation, portfolio support, growth initiatives, debt reduction, distributions, refinancing, and capital expenditure.

- Maintain forward-looking visibility on cash flow, liquidity, leverage, covenant compliance and funding requirements across assigned entities and escalate emerging pressure points early.

- Develop consistent reporting definitions, KPI frameworks, analytical standards and model governance across Bridge Capital, investment vehicles and portfolio companies, ensuring traceable assumptions and reliable source data.

- Use scenario modelling, benchmarking, business intelligence and responsible AI-enabled tools to improve analytical depth, speed and management visibility without compromising review discipline.

- Manage multiple high-priority workstreams with accuracy, sound judgment and responsiveness in a lean, international environment and contribute to the development of junior finance talent.

Job Knowledge & Skills

- Advanced financial modelling, accounting, valuation, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning and performance-analysis capability, with exceptional attention to detail and model integrity.

- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, manage multiple workstreams and develop junior professionals in a high-performance environment.

- Cross-border experience and cultural fluency are strongly preferred. Professional fluency in Arabic, Spanish, French or another relevant language is a plus, but not a requirement

- Strong command of private-markets concepts including investment theses, value-creation plans, portfolio-company performance, leverage, liquidity, cash conversion, and investment-performance metrics, including IRR and MOIC.

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the judgment and credibility to present forecasts, performance insights and recommendations to investment committees, boards, management teams and sophisticated external counterparties.

Job Experience

- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience across FP&A, strategic finance, transaction services, investment banking, private equity finance, portfolio analytics or related analytical roles, including meaningful management responsibility.

- Demonstrated experience in alternative asset management, private equity, infrastructure investment, investment banking, Big Four transaction services or a sophisticated multi-entity investment environment is strongly preferred.

- Willingness to travel internationally and, where required, relocate to a Bridge office in the United States or the Middle East.
