Senior Construction Project Manager

Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, financial oversight, client relations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
### Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution. Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and profitability. Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Review and approve invoices and monthly cost reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Support project teams and assist with estimating and procurement activities. Conduct project performance reviews and business analysis.
### Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 10+ years of construction project management experience, including projects up to $15M. Strong knowledge of commercial construction, MEP systems, and project controls. Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and estimating. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6 Scheduler, AutoBid, AutoCAD, and construction management software is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
## Work Environment
This position is onsite in Haskell, Texas . Employees will receive a per diem to assist with living expenses. The role involves working in a fast-paced construction office environment and requires the ability to organize and manage documents related to work orders and personnel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haskell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $85.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
