Pandora Sales Associate
An associate in Pandora in Alberts Diamond Jewelers provides outstanding customer service in all aspects to ensure a loyal following of clients. You must be enthusiastic, high energy, ethical and have the ability to positively motivate others.
Essential Functions:
- Meets individual and company sales goals.
- Utilizes PANDORA sales techniques consistently and communicates product knowledge to the customer.
- Performs various sales and register transactions.
- Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels.
- Learns policies regarding payment and exchanges, customer service, security practices, and other applicable operations.
- Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Maintains pricing and marketing standards.
- Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clientelling.
- Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
- Participates in visual directives including setting planograms, zone maintenance, and cleaning standard.
- Other duties as assigned/required by management team.
- Will be crossed train in Customer Service.
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years retail experience (Jewelry Sales preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Regular attendance is essential
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
