As a Store Manager, youll be responsible for leading a successful, profitable store while coaching and developing your team, driving sales, and creating an environment employees and guests genuinely enjoy being part of.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily store operations and create an energetic, guest-focused environment
- Coach, motivate, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members
- Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring food quality and operational standards are consistently met
- Drive sales growth, manage controllable expenses, and support overall store profitability
- Read and manage Profit & Loss statements and understand key business metrics
- Lead by example during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed
- Build a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall shift execution
- Develop future leaders and support ongoing team growth
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed
What Were Looking For
- Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service management experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to coach, train, and inspire a team
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
