Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
