Development Contracts Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accurately   draft   all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments,   and/or   terminations   in accordance   to   franchise law and Inspire policies

- Assist   with the administration of with all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirements

- Update all contract related information into applicable databases

- Support cross-functional team members

- Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due

- Other tasks as   required   to support domestic franchise development

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- Required Minimum: 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience  (English or   L aw degrees preferred)

- Preferred   Minimum:   1-2  years of   work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration

- Preferred Minimum: Paralegal Certification

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

- Proficiency   with MS Office Suite   &   database management

- Experience drafting legal documents   using templates

- Experience reading and understanding complex documents

- Strong written/verbal communication skill s

- Self-starter/ability to work independently to   maintain   workload

- Proven ability to think critically when faced with new challenges

- Ability to successfully form business relationships with franchisees   and cross-functional team members

- Exceptional customer focus, approachability, organizations skills, and ability to consistently   prioritize, delegate, coordinate,   and satisfy   numerous   competing demands and successfully achieve deadline-driven results and effectively achieve business objectives

- Proven ability to be open to change and agile in a dynamic environment

- S trong sense   of urgency

- Limited travel   required

PREFERRED   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

- General   proficiency   and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry

- Proficiency   with   FRM,   Salesforce,   DocuSign   and Oracle

- Experience with interpreting entity documents
