About this role
The Trades Coordinator (Electrical) - 12 Month Limited Term supports the Trades Superintendent for a specific trade or group of trades by coordinating with the HR Business Partner and Workforce Development team to manage the overall administration of the trade group. Reporting to the Supervisor, Trades Coordinators, this role maintains a strong working relationship with the Trades Superintendent and regularly liaises with the hourly trades workforce, HR teams, and Trades Management to ensure the workforce is effectively supported and mobilized. The position handles routine activities independently and seeks guidance only for exceptions or non-standard matters.
