Job Title: Logistics Clerk Job Description The Logistics Clerk / Loan and Demo Specialist manages the full lifecycle of loaner and demonstration equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, proper storage, and timely check-in and check-out of all items. This role maintains detailed records in Excel, keeps the loan/demo room organized, and supports staff by coordinating equipment loans and returns. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort working with physical inventory in a warehouse-style environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for all equipment in the loan and demo room.
- Verify that all items are properly labeled, accounted for, and stored in the correct location.
- Update and maintain an accurate equipment log in Excel, including dates, user information, and item status.
- Ensure all equipment returns are fully documented and that the condition of each item is clearly noted.
- Communicate with employees who are borrowing or returning equipment to coordinate pickups, returns, and documentation.
- Keep the loan/demo room and related storage areas organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment.
- Follow all company procedures and guidelines for equipment handling, tracking, and security.
- Handle and track radios and accessory equipment such as cabling, batteries, chargers, microphones, amplifiers, and antennas.
- Work independently to manage daily tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure timely completion of equipment-related activities.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and core values while performing daily duties.
- Safely lift, move, and position equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
Essential Skills
- Experience with inventory, logistics, or equipment tracking in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Customer service skills to support employees borrowing and returning equipment.
- Data entry skills with strong accuracy and consistency in record keeping.
- Basic proficiency with Excel, including data entry, sorting, and simple updates.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining logs and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work reliably, stay organized, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort interacting with staff and tracking physical inventory on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- Ability to comply with all company guidelines, policies, procedures, and core values.

Work Environment This role is 100% onsite and primarily based in Building 2, either sharing an office or working directly in the loan/demo room or warehouse. The environment involves handling radios and accessory equipment such as cabling, batteries, chargers, microphones, amplifiers, and antennas. Request volume is generally low, with equipment needs typically occurring two to three times per week. The position follows a 9/80 schedule, working nine hours per day with five days one week and four days the next, with flexible core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The setting is a hands-on, physical work environment where maintaining organization, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures is essential, and attire should be appropriate for a warehouse and equipment-handling setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
