Key Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or Letter of Experience
- Driver License
- Social Security Card
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
