# Job Description Summary
System Engineer is responsible for the execution and implementation of Protection & Control system engineering activities under the technical guidance of the Technical Leader.

The role covers a common job description across CCS, DCS and Consulting, with execution adapted to project scope and discipline.

- Manufacturing / MU, Field Service,   customers   and support functions as needed

Key Responsibilities

- Execute assigned engineering activities for Protection & Control projects in line with the technical strategy defined by the Technical Leader.

- Develop discipline-specific technical deliverables such as system configurations (SCADA-screens, equipment integration, communication protocols, digital/analog signals, events, alarms) , equipment parameterization (IED), signal treatment,   databases   or technical documentation depending on project scope.

- Contribute to master file completion, architecture inputs, document   updates   and technical deliverables preparation.

- Prepare and update technical information required for internal and customer documentation packages.

- Execute test instructions and   participate   in pre-FAT,   FAT   and SAT related activities under project technical governance.

- Support identification,   analysis   and correction of technical issues during engineering,   validation   and delivery stages.

- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, manufacturing, Field   Service   and project stakeholders to secure coherent execution.

- Maintain traceability of engineering changes,   inputs   and deliverables within the project execution framework.

- Contribute to lessons learned, standardization and continuous improvement actions within the team.

- Continuously develop technical knowledge in Protection & Control systems,   tools   and project execution practices.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar.

- Knowledge of Protection & Control, substation   automation   or related industrial / utility systems.

- Understanding of   communication protocols,   networks   and system integration concepts; programming knowledge is valued.

- Strong analytical skills,   rigor   and willingness to learn in a project execution environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and project teams.

- Good command of English;   additional   languages valued depending on project scope .

- Availability to travel up to 30% as required by project, customer, and business needs .

Desired Characteristics

- Experience in Electrical Control Systems (ECS) engineering for power generation facilities ​
- Design and implementation of Protection & Control (P&C) systems for gas turbine-driven power plants.
- IT‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
