Position Summary

Temco Logistics is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and enhance leadership development programs. This role will design engaging learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, self-guided, and blended formats while supporting curriculum development, facilitation, and ongoing program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Director of Leadership Development to create learning solutions aligned with business objectives and audience needs.

- Design, revise, maintain, and deliver effective leadership development resources.

- Apply instructional design methodology and adult learning principles throughout program development.

- Develop instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, self-guided, and blended learning programs.

- Support facilitation design, development, and delivery.

- Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on program needs.

- Contribute to development standards, processes, and templates that support consistent instructional materials.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

- At least two years of recent instructional design experience.

- Experience with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.

- Experience designing virtual learning through platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development curriculum, blended learning, and the ADDIE process.

- Project management and facilitation experience
