Allied Mechanical is looking for a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience that can do it all — run jobs from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites; lead toolbox talks and site safety audits
- Diagnose, repair and install electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of commercial or residential electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of the applicable local electrical codes
- Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Background in commercial, industrial, or data center electrical construction
