About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Loaders/Off Loaders to join our team. This position involves hand hanging products or removing products from the paint line, either in preparation for painting or as part of the post-paint process. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand hang or remove products from the paint line before or after painting.
- Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
- Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
- Have strong hand-eye coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Work Effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to assist in other departments as needed.

- Minimal prior experience required; training can be provided.
- Strong dependability, reliability, and a committed work ethic.
