Project Administrator
📍 Mojave, CA | 💲 $22-$24/hr | ⏰ Full-Time, On-Site (M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

In this role, you'll work directly with project leadership, contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure daily operations stay on track. From coordinating facilities and vendors to tracking workforce data and managing critical project documentation, you'll play a key role in the success of this high-profile project while gaining valuable construction and project management experience.

What You'll Be Doing
🚧 Site Operations & Facility Coordination
You'll help ensure that everything needed to keep the project site running efficiently is available and functioning properly.
- Coordinate daily site logistics and support services
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs for: Portable restrooms and handwashing stations
- Shower and laundry facilities
- Site offices and trailers
- Security services and site access points
- Cleaning and janitorial services
- Monitor and order office, site, and facility supplies
- Help manage site resources such as drinking water, ice, printers, copiers, and other operational necessities
👷 Workforce Tracking & Reporting
You'll help maintain critical records that keep project leadership informed.
- Track daily personnel attendance and workforce counts
- Maintain records of employees, contractors, and site visitors
- Compile and submit daily workforce reports
- Assist with site logs and project documentation
- Collect, organize, and process information from timecards, invoices, logs, and other project records
📋 Administrative & Project Support
- Support project managers and the remote Office Administrator
- Coordinate meetings and site communications
- Assist with onboarding new personnel and site access requirements
- Perform document control, filing, record retention, and data entry
- Log invoices and maintain project spreadsheets
- Assist with special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, project support, or operations experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially: Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Experience working with spreadsheets and basic Excel formulas
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environments
- Workforce reporting or personnel tracking
- Vendor coordination and scheduling
- Document control or project documentation
- Supporting project management or field operations teams
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position located at an active construction project. Candidates should be comfortable walking throughout the project site, interacting with field personnel, and working in both office and outdoor environments. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
