Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic – Woodbridge, VA
Join a new outpatient clinic where you can help shape the patient experience from the beginning. This growing outpatient clinic is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a permanent position serving an active outpatient population.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values quality care over volume. Appointments are scheduled one-on-one in 40-minute treatment blocks, giving you time to evaluate thoughtfully, build strong patient relationships, and deliver individualized care without double-booking.
Position Highlights
- Salary: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time weekdays with no weekends
- A four-day workweek may be available
- One-on-one, 40-minute patient visits

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatment focused on mobility, function, balance, and long-term outcomes
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinic team to create a welcoming, patient-centered culture
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Two to three years of outpatient experience
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and relationship-building skills
- A patient-first approach and interest in helping a new clinic grow
