Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Bilingual Paid Search Media Buyer to manage and   optimize   paid search campaigns targeting English- and Spanish-speaking audiences across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and related performance marketing channels.

The role focuses on generating qualified leads, improving campaign efficiency,   maintaining   tracking accuracy, and driving measurable business growth within English- and Spanish-speaking markets throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate combines deep paid search   expertise   with hands-on paid social experience and has a proven history of   managing   successful lead-generation campaigns that produce measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search Management

- Build, launch, manage, and   optimize   paid search campaigns in English and Spanish.

- Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, and related campaign types.

- Conduct keyword research, write conversion-focused ad copy, and manage bids, budgets, search terms, match types, and   negative keywords.

- Monitor campaign performance and continuously   identify   opportunities to improve volume, efficiency, lead quality, and   conversion rates.

- Develop testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and campaign structures.

- Conduct competitors and market research to   identify   testing, expansion, and growth opportunities.

Performance and Optimization

- Monitor   campaign performance daily and proactively   identify   optimization opportunities.

- Improve qualified lead volume, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, lead quality, return on ad spend, and conversion rates.

- Analyze performance data to develop budget-allocation recommendations and scaling plans

- Reduce wasted spending and improve account efficiency through disciplined, ongoing optimization.

Attribution, Analytics, and Reporting

- Maintain   accurate   conversion tracking, attribution, campaign reporting, and change documentation.

- Connect campaign performance to qualified leads,   retained   cases, revenue, and other agreed business outcomes.

- Prepare recurring performance reports and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly.

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on   attribution   integrity and reporting accuracy.

- Assist   with troubleshooting tracking, reporting, lead-routing, and attribution issues.

Paid Social Collaboration

- Support paid social initiatives when needed, with primary emphasis on Meta Ads Manager.

- Collaborate with paid social media buyers on audience insights, remarketing opportunities, and cross-channel testing.

- Apply working knowledge of campaign structure, audience development, creative testing, and optimization across social   platforms.

- Share performance insights across search and   social   to improve overall acquisition results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate compliance reviews and ensure campaigns follow approved marketing standards and platform policies.

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Compliance, Intake, creative resources, and external partners while following   established SOPs.

- Support landing-page optimization in partnership with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders.

- Contribute recommendations that improve lead quality, intake conversion, and overall marketing perform

Required Qualifications:

- Native or near-native Spanish fluency and professional English   proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and   optimizing   paid search campaigns.

- Proven record of generating measurable business results through aid advertising, supported by specific campaign examples or case studies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, keyword strategy, campaign optimization, attribution analysis, and performance reporting.

- Hands-on experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns, including Demand Gen, Video View, and Reach campaigns,   with   a focus on audience development, brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation.

- Hands-on experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns with clear performance accountability.

- Strong understanding of keyword targeting, match types, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, search-term management, and account structure.

- Experience with landing-page testing and conversion-rate optimization.

- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, conversion goals, attribution, Google Tag Manager, and troubleshooting tracking   implementations to ensure   accurate   measurement of marketing   performance.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to improve research, campaign management, reporting, workflow efficiency, data   analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making while   maintaining   human oversight and quality control.

- Working   proficiency   with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and performance   analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Current residence in a Latin American or South American country and ability to   maintain   reliable overlap with U.S. Eastern Time   business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in legal marketing, or other high-intent lead-generation industry.

- Experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot,   CallTrackingMetrics, or GA4.

- Experience managing multi-location or multi-market campaigns.

- Experience marketing to Hispanic and Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States.

- Experience managing meaningful monthly paid media budgets and scaling successful campaigns without sacrificing lead quality
