📍 Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
💰 Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
🕐 Schedule: Full-time | Rotating on-call schedule required

What You'll Do
As a Mitigation Technician, you’ll respond to properties affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, and other types of damage. You’ll work hands-on to stabilize the property, prevent further damage, and begin the restoration process.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to emergency water, fire, smoke, and mold calls
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Performing demolition and cleanup as needed
- Taking moisture readings and documenting job progress
- Assisting with fire and smoke cleanup and odor removal
- Supporting mold remediation projects
- Performing basic carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Boarding up and securing damaged structures
- Communicating professionally with customers throughout the restoration process
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous construction, restoration, or hands-on experience is a plus
- IICRC certifications are a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in tight or confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer, smartphone, and tablet skills
- A positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
