Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair industrial sewing machines and production equipment.
Service JUKI, United, and similar industrial sewing machines.
Perform preventative maintenance and replace worn or damaged parts.
Troubleshoot and repair CNC routers, fabric-cutting equipment, motors, belts, bearings, drives, and other mechanical components.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime.
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and equipment installation.
Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience repairing or maintaining industrial machinery or production equipment.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with industrial sewing machines strongly preferred.
Experience with JUKI, United, CNC routers, or fabric-cutting equipment is a plus.
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs independently.
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
