Tanneberger Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team!
We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused veterinary professional who enjoys team leadership, client service, and working in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary clinic and leadership experience is preferred, and veterinary technicians with a passion for coaching and mentoring are especially encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily hospital operations, finances, budgets, and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and support our technician and reception teams
- Promote excellent client service and patient care
- Help create a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Jump in on the floor as needed to support the team
