Lead worldwide sourcing and supply strategy for Ford's entire Tier 2 component ecosystem — semiconductors, passives, electromechanical, PCBs/interconnects, power, and mechanical components — that underpin every electronic system in our vehicles. Own a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and driving category strategy, commercial outcomes, and supply resilience while partnering with senior leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance. We need a strategic, elite negotiator ready to transform the supply base and lead through a fast-changing technology and geopolitical landscape.
