Job Summary
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable working across GraphQL/Rails or DRF/Django backends and React or Vue frontends. The ideal candidate can build and consume service-to-service integrations, ship well-tested code, and take ownership of deployments from
development through production. Experience with modern CI/CD, AWS, Vercel, Docker, and multi-repository Git workflows is also required.

Qualifications :
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
Comfortable working across GraphQL/Rails or DRF/Django backends and React or Vue
frontends.
Experience building or consuming service-to-service integrations.
Strong understanding of testing practices and experience taking ownership of deployments,
not just code contributions.
Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and comfort migrating existing AWS CodeBuild or
GitLab CI pipelines to it.
Familiarity with AWS fundamentals, including Docker-based deployments, ECS/CodeBuild, S3,
and IAM basics.
Experience deploying and operating Next.js/Nuxt applications using Vercel.
Experience using Docker and docker-compose for local development environments.
Experience with Git multi-repository workflows, including environments with mirrored GitLab
and GitHub repositories.
Nice to have: Flutter/Dart mobile development experience, including bloc/Cubit, go_router,
dio/retrofit, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and health SDKs.
Nice to have: Healthcare domain experience, including FHIR (HAPI), Health Gorilla, ICD-10,
wearables APIs, HIPAA/PHI handling, consent, and audit logging.
Nice to have: Experience with PDF/document pipelines using docling or PyMuPDF and email
templating using MJML.
Nice to have: AI/LLM engineering experience, including agent frameworks, RAG pipelines,
vector databases and embeddings, streaming chat APIs, Anthropic and OpenAI platform APIs,
and AWS Bedrock.
Nice to have: Experience with observability tools including Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Sentry,
Datadog, and Posthog
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain features across GraphQL/Rails or DRF/Django backends and React or
Vue frontends.
Build and consume service-to-service integrations across products and services.
Write and maintain tests as part of the development process.
Take ownership of deployments and the delivery of code through production, not just pull
requests.
Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, including migrating existing AWS
CodeBuild and GitLab CI pipelines when needed.
Support Docker-based deployments and AWS infrastructure involving ECS/CodeBuild, S3, and
IAM.
Deploy and operate Next.js/Nuxt applications using Vercel.
Maintain Docker and docker-compose environments for local development.
Work effectively within multi-repository Git workflows, including mirrored GitLab and GitHub
repositories.
Contribute to Flutter/Dart mobile development when applicable, including bloc/Cubit,
go_router, dio/retrofit, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and health SDK integrations.
Contribute to healthcare-related development involving FHIR, Health Gorilla, ICD-10,
wearables APIs, HIPAA/PHI handling, consent, and audit logging when applicable.
