The Opportunity:
As a Sr. Analyst, Client Success, you will handle day-to-day account support including remediations, complex process corrections, and ad-hoc client requests within our alternative investments portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Associate, Fund Ops, you will serve as a core operational touchpoint, driving issue resolution, maintaining data integrity, and partnering across internal teams to deliver high-quality support for alternative investment products.

In this role you will...
- Manage Investor Data & Profiles: Lead end-to-end data gathering, validation, and profile creation in core systems including researching client details, identifying missing or inconsistent information, and proactively following up to maintain complete and accurate investor records.
- Execute KYC & AML Onboarding: Perform critical KYC/AML verification checks (including CDD/EDD, entity documentation, and risk assessments) during investor onboarding and ongoing profile maintenance, ensuring compliance without compromising the client experience.
- Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Process complex, time-sensitive client and transaction requests across alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, real estate), including performing callback verifications, bank account checks, and wire confirmations for disbursements.
- Drive Remediations & Issue Resolution: Execute end-to-end account and data remediations, resolving operational bottlenecks and identifying root causes to prevent recurring exceptions across the investor portfolio.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Fund Ops, Fund Controlling, Product Onboarding & Delivery, Sales, and Compliance teams to streamline service delivery and escalate operational risk or exceptions promptly.
- Optimize Processes: Leverage modern operational tools (such as HubSpot and ClickUp) to triage incoming workflows, refine desktop procedures, and implement process improvements that increase service efficiency.

- 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in financial services operations, client support, or middle-office roles.
- Alternative Investments Exposure: Solid understanding of alts, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products.
- Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless daily interaction with global stakeholders.
- AI: The willingness and ability to leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize operational workflows.
