INNOCEAN USA , a full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Freelance Integrated Media Supervisor to join our General Accounts media team.

Local candidates only, please. We are a hybrid work environment, 3 days in-office / 2 days remote.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Associate Media Director, the Freelance Integrated Media Supervisor for General Accounts helps leads day-to-day media planning, implementation, and stewardship in collaboration across several groups including clients, creative agencies, internal account and media teams, and media vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong integrated media expertise across strategy, planning, execution, and measurement, along with golf or broader sports experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with the Associate Media Director to help develop and execute integrated media strategies and plans that deliver on the clients objectives and goals. This includes:

Target research, strategic flighting, channel mixes, budget allocations, and partner recommendations

- Build data informed and innovative media plans across digital, linear TV, audio, out-of-home, and print.

- Provide media thought leadership and innovation to move client business forward

- Utilize effective time management and project management skills to ensure deadlines are being met with quality work across all accounts

- Ability to adapt and keep up with a quick paced environment; the planning team has several roles including strategy, planning, execution, and measurement

- Provide guidance to team when necessary, regarding media tools (e.g., Ad Intel, Simmons, ComScore, Campaign Manager, Prisma, etc.)

- A team player thats not afraid to jump in and help where needed (e.g., reporting, billing, trafficking, etc.)

- Take a proactive role, alongside the Associate Media Director , in mentoring and managing current team members; set an example for the team

QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management across all relevant channels (e.g. linear TV, digital video, programmatic , paid social, partnerships, etc.)

- Strategic thought leadership

- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks and consistently meet deadlines

- Previous work in golf or sports related industry a plus

- Knowledge of media-related research, planning, buying & digital related resources (e.g., Ad Intel, Simmons, ComScore, Campaign Manager, Prisma, etc.)

- Digital trafficking experience (e.g., Campaign Manager)

- Self-service paid social experience a plus

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range : $84,000 to $95,000 annually

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to : years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
