professional individuals who can operate independently, follow
structured procedures, and accurately assist donors.

What You’ll Do

- Answer inbound calls
from donors
- Follow structured
scripts and campaign procedures
- Accurately enter
donation and pledge information
- Confirm donor and
transaction details
- Navigate computer
systems while speaking with callers
- Maintain
professionalism and confidentiality

Solicitation Position All donor calls are
strictly inbound.

Requirements

Applicants
must have:

● A
high school diploma or GED

● At
least six months of remote customer-service experience or
one year of onsite customer-service
experience

● Strong
verbal communication and active-listening skills

Before
servicing, contractors must have:

● A
Windows 11 computer

● At
least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended

● A
USB headset with noise cancellation

● Wired
high-speed internet

Benefits
