About this role
As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will act in a customer-facing role involved in the commercial and technical decision-making process throughout the sales cycle. You will provide pre- and post-sales technical support and expertise to customers and the sales team, assisting with solution design, project opportunities, product demonstrations, and technical recommendations across enterprise security and technology solutions. Working closely with customers, consultants, integrators, and internal stakeholders, you will support projects from initial engagement through to implementation while delivering exceptional customer outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth.
