Dispatcher

What will your role involve?

- Coordinating the daily work of a courier team regarding parcel deliveries and pickups

- Settling couriers for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash

- Optimizing courier routes

- Timely entering data into the warehouse management system

- Collaborating with Carriers and Couriers

- Organizing and conducting training for Carriers and Couriers

- Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and development

- Reporting Courier performance to the Manager

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have experience in a similar position within a courier company

- Have basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have)

- Have completed secondary education

- Are familiar with local city topography

- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others (we work as a team daily)

- Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure

- Are open to shift work
