About this role
Your main responsibilities:
- On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in a courier parcel warehouse.
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches.
- You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures.
- Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes.
- You will support your team in their daily tasks.
- You will report the team's performance results to the Manager.
This is the right job for you if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.
- You possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are familiar with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and fire safety regulations.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others — we work as a team every day.
- You are capable of making fast, independent decisions.
- You demonstrate high professional conduct and personal etiquette.
- You are open to working in shifts.
