As an Advanced Engineer on the Ball Bonder Team, this position provides highly visible customer support in the following areas:
1. On-site installation,
2. Preventive maintenance,
3. Various types of customer service, and
4. Repair of complex equipment and systems to meet the uptime goals set by customers for each machine.
