(Senior) Digital Performance Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize campaigns across   Search, Display, and Social platforms   to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign and website data to generate   actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement   data-driven optimizations
- Conduct   market research and competitor analysis   to identify opportunities
- Scale campaigns to improve   reach, exposure, and efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure   integrated execution and accurate reporting
- Prepare   performance reports and client-facing presentations

Requirements

- 1–2 years’ experience in   digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)
- Strong understanding of   Performance Marketing / eCommerce
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as   Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools   is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Good   client-facing and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work in a   fast-paced agency environment
- Fluent in   English and Cantonese ; Mandarin is a plus
