About this role

Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an experienced Lift Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support the development of learners. This role is ideal for an industry professional looking to move into training or an existing trainer seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lift training courses 
- Support course design, assessment, and quality assurance
- Maintain training equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Contribute to business development and client engagement

Requirements
Essential:
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Lifts/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Systems and Equipment
- Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification and Reporting
- Industry experience in lift installation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- To be willing to work towards the Portfolio Manager role in the future and provide AE services

Desirable:
- Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
- Previous training experience

You will work 37 hours per week at both our on-site Training Centre and at client's premises so some travel and overnight stays should be expected.
