Job Description Summary

Job Description

To assist in managing and delivering high-quality soft services (housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, etc.) within the facility, ensuring compliance with standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

- Supervise daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and landscaping.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.

Team Supervision

- Manage and guide housekeeping staff, pantry boys, and other soft service personnel.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with third-party vendors for pest control, laundry, and other outsourced services.
- Verify vendor compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Budget & Inventory Control

- Assist in preparing budgets for soft services.
- Monitor consumption of cleaning materials and pantry supplies; maintain stock levels.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene standards.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft services performance.
- Track attendance and productivity of staff.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management or Facility Management).
- 8–10 years of experience in soft services within facility management
