Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, focusing on producing complex aerospace components and tooling fixtures. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, 3D models, and customer specifications to develop efficient machining strategies. Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines to produce complex aerospace components and tooling fixtures.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and customer specifications to develop machining strategies.
- Optimize machining processes through cutter selection, workholding design, and speeds/feeds recommendations.
- Utilize CATIA and VERICUT to develop, validate, and simulate CNC toolpaths.
- Design tooling and fixture solutions to support complex manufacturing operations.
- Create setup sheets and production documentation to support shop floor execution.
- Provide hands-on support during new program prove-outs, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.
- Collaborate closely with machinists and manufacturing teams to improve quality, efficiency, and producibility.
- Support aerospace quality requirements, including FAI documentation, ITAR compliance, and adherence to ISO 9000/9001 standards.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in NC programming and CATIA for CNC programming and machine simulation.
- Experience in programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines for complex aerospace components.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and 3D model interpretation.
- Skilled in high-speed machining of aluminum and hard metals; Makino experience preferred.
- Ability to design tooling and workholding fixtures in CATIA.
- Knowledge of FAI, aerospace inspection processes, ITAR, and ISO 9000/9001 requirements.
- Proficiency with G & M Codes and CNC machining methodologies.
- Comfortable providing shop-floor support, troubleshooting programs, and driving process improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K, Health, Dental, PTO
