Responsible for leading the end-to-end design of learning, skilling, capability development, and workforce transformation solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The role converts business challenges into scalable learning architectures, capability frameworks, academies, certification programs, and workforce development interventions that drive measurable business outcomes.
The person will work closely with Business Units, HR, Operations, Industry Partners, Academic Institutions, SMEs, and Delivery Teams to design innovative capability solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
